Todd Maxwell has a BS in Construction Engineering from Missouri Western University. Prior to starting at Re-View, he worked at Pella Windows and before that he worked at a consulting engineering firm in Kansas City. Todd began his career in windows at Pella in 1986 as a commercial window salesman. From here he expanded his window experiences to include selling systems from the major wood window manufacturers, many of the key aluminum manufacturers and even some of the larger vinyl window companies. Todd has dedicated his efforts since 1993 towards the historic window segment and is recognized to be an auithority on all aspects of the window business. His background in construction engineering has given him invaluable insight into field installation challenges. He has also become a student of the manufacturing and restoration process. Todd has been a speaker at several state and national historic preservation symposiums. In his spare time, Todd enjoys hunting and fishing on his 206 acre farm in Northeastern Missouri. |

Joel McBee - Engineering/Project Management

Joel has a BS in engineering from Missouri Western State University. He has over 20 years in woodworking and millwork experience. Joel came to Re-View after serving as the operations manager for the Pella window distributorship in Kansas City. He has vast knowledge of manufacturing and an extensive technical background in historic windows. He is well versed in historic window design, restoration procedures, hardware, weather stripping, glass, wood, and other related disciplines. Joel enjoys fishing, hunting and other outdoor sports. |
Gary Oglesby - Project Management

Gary has a BS in construction management and a Masters of Science in Technology from Pittsburg State University. He came to Re-View from the City of Kansas City where he served as a commercial building inspector. He is familiar with all phases of commercial construction and specializes in window installation, historic window applications, skylight systems, and building code issues. Gary has that special skill to come up with creative solutions to complex design challenges. Gary enjoys water sports of all types and spending time with his wife and two daughters. |
