Santa Fe Depot
All of the original wood windows on this Fresno, California depot had been removed and replaced with aluminum units many years ago. Our Re-View craftsmen manufactured historically correct wood window replicas based upon the original architect's drawings. The wood window replications were fabricated of Douglas Fir, had putty glazed glass, and weight and chain balances. Since the completion, the depot has won several awards including a Governor's Award for Historic Preservation, an Award of Excellence from the American Institute of Architects San Joaquin, and a Preservation Design Award from the California Preservation Foundation.
