Re-View doubled the size of its manufacturing facility in 2006 to accommodate the growth in the business and position the company as the premier historic window manufacturer and restoration company.

"We are very excited about how the expansion of the facility will help advance production, improve quality, and meet our customer’s needs," said president Todd Maxwell. "This move will certainly position Re-View as the premier historic restoration and replication company in the country."

Re-View specializes in every aspect of historic window systems. While most companies focus on only a couple of disciplines, Re-View has the experience and resources to perform every aspect of the window opening from demo, restoration, replication, abatement, installation, and finishing. We are told that Re-View is the only company with the extensive resources to handle historic window projects from cradle to grave.

The increased space allows for more equipment and more efficient production lines. The production lines match the sequential steps of restoration and replication of windows to eliminate delays caused in production. New computerized manufacturing equipment has been installed to vastly increase productivity and quality. Lighting has been added throughout the facility to improve the quality of finished product.

The increased size of the facility has also allowed Re-View to invest in two new automated painting lines with a large curing oven. Now we have four paint booths and the latest equipment to enable our finishers to produce the finest in factory finish and stain. Now Re-View has the capacity to handle even the largest finishing projects in record time.

The new facility also includes two automated paint lines with a curing oven to enable Re-View to apply custom finishes to window sash and frames. After the window component has the finish applied, it travels through the curing oven and the paint is cured within 20 minutes. This new line dramatically enhances the output of finished product. In addition to the automated line, Re-View has a climate controlled paint area with two booths for painting larger items.

The plant expansion was motivated by a major influx of business over the past year. In 2006, Re-View worked on major projects in Buffalo, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Nashville, Washington DC, Boston, Newark, Richmond, Cheyenne, and Missoula. Now Re-View has the capacity to manage multiple projects with 500+ windows concurrently.

"You don’t become the premier historic window company in the United States by sitting on your hands," said Brooks Gentleman. "Everything we are concentrating on is how we can reduce waste, improve quality, and expand production so the customer can receive a better product for a more affordable price."
