This grand hotel restoration project is a key element to the revitalization
of downtown St. Louis. The 23-story hotel once stood as one of St.
Louis' landmarks and will once again be a destination place.

Re-View
was contracted to perform the window restoration work on the
project. Included in the windows that the Re-View team restored
are 42 window units that are eight feet wide by 24 feet tall.
These triple hung windows have individual sash that are 8'0"
x 8'0". The single sash weights for these units are 140
pounds a piece. The Re-View team took great effort to preserve
as much of the original fabric of these windows as possible,
including the original glass. |
