The Commerce Bank Building restoration project was a $16.8 million restoration of a landmark bank building in downtown Kansas City. The main objective of the project was to upgrade the structure to current energy performance standards.

Re-View was contracted to perform the window restoration on 468 wood windows and 68 Steel window units. We performed all lead-paint abatement, installation, fabrication, glazing, and finishing on the project. Re-View refurbished the wood window frames and replicated the sash with insulated glass units to match the originals. The steel windows were all refurbished.
