Over 50% of the Re-View office staff have professional engineering degrees. Not only do they have the academic background that comes with a degree, but the Re-View engineers have decades of experience working with all types of window systems.

Engineering Expertise
While most custom window companies rely on experienced woodworkers to guide their engineering, Re-View has compiled some of the sharpest fenestration-specific engineers in the business.

It takes more than just a love for woodworking to be an outstanding historic window manufacturer.

Window Industry Background
Many of our engineers have grown up in the window business working on windows of all types. After mastering the demands of manufacturing aluminum, aluminum-clad wood, steel, and vinyl windows, these professionals are capable of translating these skills into the classic art of historic windows.
When it comes to designing a unique weather stripping detail, weep system, or energy upgrade on a historic window, the Re-View engineers have a strong background to serve as a resource. Many of the more modern designs found in current window systems can be adapted to historic wood and steel windows without compromising the historic character of the window.

Tools and Equipment
We supply our engineers with only the finest tools and equipment for their work. Everyone has the latest in engineering workstations networked to our machinery via WiFi. The latest versions of CAD are used to draw and interpret projects. Shop drawings and production drawings are transmitted to the shop floor to avoid miscommunication and human error.

Sample Shop Drawings
The following PDF files feature some of the shop drawings used in previous Re-View projects. They should prove helpful to architects who are looking to design or interpret a historic window application.
