Re-View can use countless options for glazing its historic windows. It all depends upon the best solution for our customer’s priorities. The following types of glass have been used in many of the Re-View historic window projects:
SINGLE PANE GLASS – This is the most basic application that is often seen in projects where the original features of the windows are important to the building.
INSULATED GLASS – Re-View has figured out how to incorporate modern insulated glass technology in historic windows without compromising the integrity of design.
LAMINATED GLASS – Laminated glass provides increased energy efficiency and improved sound transmission (STC) with a single pane feature.
OBSCURE GLASS – Obscure glass is often used for privacy and comes in several different patterns.
HISTORIC GLASS – Re-View has access to the old fashioned distorted glass that has waves and pits just like the original historic glass.
SPANDREL GLASS – Re-View has used spandrel glass in many different finishes for applications where complete sun blockage is desired.
STAINED AND LEADED – Re-View can fabricate virtually any type of pattern in leaded or stained glass that is desired for our historic windows.
