Todd Maxwell - Sales

Todd Maxwell has a B.S. in Construction Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla. Prior to starting Re-View, he was employed by Pella Windows and before that he worked for a consulting engineering firm in Kansas City, MO. In 1986 he started selling Pella Windows commercially in all types of installations including pseudo-historic applications. He has vast experience in all types of windows including wood, aluminum, steel, and vinyl.

Todd has spent the past 14 years deeply involved in historic window systems and is recognized to be an authority on all aspects of the window business. His understanding of commercial window field conditions is unparalleled. His engineering background serves him well in historic window design and fabrication. Todd has been a speaker at several national historic symposiums.
In his spare time, Todd enjoys hunting and fishing on his 206 acre farm in Northeastern Missouri.  He also runs, coaches football and baseball.

Brooks Gentleman - Sales

Brooks Gentleman has a B.A. in economics from Colorado College and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Brooks comes to Re-View with two decades of construction distribution experience.  He owned and operated the Pella window distributorship in Kansas City from 1990 - 2000.  Before that he worked at Dun and Bradstreet as a marketing consultant.  His background in all types of window systems and industry contacts is a great asset to Re-View. Brooks has spoken at several national historic trade shows on the topic of historic windows.

Brooks enjoys engaging in sports like running, lacrosse, rock climbing, scuba diving, skiing, tennis and a host of others.

Joel McBee - Project Management

Joel has a B.S. in engineering from Missouri Western State University. He has over fifteen years experience in woodworking and millwork experience.  Joel comes to Re-View after running the operations for the Pella distributorship in Kansas City.  He has vast knowledge of operations and technical background in historic windows. He is well versed in historic window design, restoration procedures, hardware, weather stripping, and manufacturing. Joel enjoys fishing, hunting, and other outdoor sports.

Gary Oglesby - Estimating

Gary Oglesby has a B.S. in Construction Management from Pittsburgh State University and a Masters of Science in Technology from Pittsburgh State University. He came to Re-View from the City of Kansas City where he served as a commercial building inspector. He is familiar with all phases of commercial construction and specializes in window installation, historic window applications, operable walls, skylight systems, and building code issues. Gary enjoys water sports of all types.
